The opening match in prestigious juniors group met its expectations. Teams that normally occupy highest positions in their home leagues introduced the top youth floorball performance available in the Czech republic. More than enough spectators were entartained fully. The Latvian head coach, Remars Vikanis, saw the lack of concentration as a main reason of failure. „The first half was disaster, but it is no excuse. The mornings games are not our favourite, once we finally woke up, we missed a lot of good chances.“ On the other hand, he found some sources of inspiration for his players, such as variable 1-1 situations solutions and order in defence. He closed his thought by appreciation of Elite category. „It is great, that players can gain priceless experiences and improve their game at the same time!“
